Formula and calculation logic

Monthly toll cost = passages per month × price per passage; annual cost = monthly cost × 12

Monthly cost is passages times the price. The annual figure is that month times 12, so use a typical month rather than a holiday month.

A return commute through one charging point is two passages. A ring that charges on the way in and the way out should be counted the way the invoice counts it.

The sample price of 35 NOK is only a starting number so the page has a result. Replace it with the price from Fjellinjen, Vegamot, Ferde, or whichever company bills your road.

Assumptions

  • Discounts for an AutoPASS agreement, an electric vehicle, or off-peak hours are already inside the price you type. The page does not apply a second discount.
  • Monthly and seasonal caps, where a company uses them, are not applied.

Questions about this tool

Why is there no list of city prices?

A copied price list goes stale, and a wrong official-looking number is worse than a blank. The charge on the sign or the invoice is the right input.

How should I count a work commute?

Count the passages you actually pay. Ten return trips through one point are 20 passages if each crossing is billed.

Are ferries included?

Only if you put the ferry fare into the price and the number of crossings into the passages. The page has no ferry timetable.
